Presentations Include:
Business Continuity - More than a Nightly Backup

This popular presentation is an introduction to business continuity / disaster recovery planning.  It explains why there is more to consider than just your computers, and walks you through the process of developing your own business continuity plan.

Little Fire - Big Problems
A case study and lessons learned from an actual fire and how a well rehearsed continuity plan helped them survive from the disaster.

C.O.G. - C.O.O.P. - B.C.P.
Both the government and business need to have continuity plans.  They look they same - for the most part, but there are different mission essential functions.  This comparison helps the public and private sectors gain a understanding of priorities, so they can work together if/when the time comes.

The Business Side of Pandemics
Planning for a wide-spread illness is more than learning how to wash your hands.  It must consider human relations policies, technology considerations, disruption in supply / delivery chains, travel restrictions and many more threats to your daily operations.  You will leave with real tools to help secure your business against a pandemic outbreak.
